Once you completing shopping with PYVET and your order has been placed, You will receive an email confirmation of your order. If you do not receive a confirmation, please email us at info@pyvetstudio.com

Please ensure to check the Terms & Conditions and all details are correct prior to purchasing. Once the order already being processed, we cannot make changes, edit your billing and shipping details or cancel your order.

Please note: The process will allow 1-3 business day for your order (excluding public holidays), Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day, in addition to delivery time.

Track Order: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a complete email. For tracking number inquiries please contact us at info@pyvetstudio.com

We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timescales.

However, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors or events outside of our control. For example, travel or transportation disruption makes import delays or higher than anticipated demand.

– BANGKOK AND GREATER BANGKOK: 2-3 Business Days carried out by KERRY

– UP COUNTRY (THAILAND): 3-5 Business Days carried out by KERRY

– INTERNATIONAL: 7-14 Business Days carried out by DHL EXPRESS

– Thailand: Free Shipping

– International: Shipping fee will be automatically calculated based on each countries of each parcels.
