Return & Exchanges
1. Customers can exchange for a different size within 3 days after receiving the order. This must also be based on stock availability.
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost incurring from sending the products back to PYVET.
The products to be exchanged must be in good condition.

2. All sale and promotional-priced items with minimum 15% discount are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
3. If an item is faulty, please provide details. Company is not responsible for any damages caused by the shipping process or any damages caused by customers after receiving the product.

Please wrap your item safely and securely to avoid damage in transit back to PYVET.
PYVET is unable to accept an item for refund if it has been damaged in transit.
